Life's Forever Changed

The Power of Your Love
~Hillsong
Life's Forever Changed
As You hold our children close
And draw them to Your side,
To us grieving ones You draw close
As we shed our tears, You come close beside,
For You too know the deepest pain
When death comes and takes Your child...
Life's forever changed
With the loss of one of these...
All energies are drained,
As for our child we grieve.
How then are we to live
As we're stuck in deepest grief
Lest You to hearts sweet comfort give,
Bear up our hearts, bring blest relief?
Life's forever changed
With the loss of one of these...
All energies are drained,
As for our child we grieve.
Hold us to Your heart;
Help us still to know
That though our child had to part,
Next to Your heart, they glow,
For warmth and radiance fills
Hearts steeped in Your Love!
Life's forever changed
With the loss of one of these...
All energies are drained,
As for our child we grieve.
But You take us by the hand
And through Death's Valley lead
Through deepest child-loss grief and pain
You give us deepest peace...
Life's forever changed
With the loss of one of these...
All energies are drained,
As for our child we grieve.
But as Your grace and mercy rain
You empow'r, Sweet Spirit Dove.
Over weakest hearts, You reign,
And sustain us by Your Love!

The Power of Your Love
~Hillsong
Lord I come to You
Let my heart be changed, renewed,
Flowing from the grace that I found in You.
And Lord I've come to know
The weaknesses that I see in me
Will be stripped away
By the power of Your love.
Hold me close
Let Your love surround me
Bring me near
Draw me to Your side.
And as I wait
I'll rise up like the eagle,
And I will soar with You
Your Spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love.
Lord Unveil my eyes
Let me see You face to face
The knowledge of Your love
As you live in me.
Lord renew my mind
As Your will unfolds in my life
In living every day
By the power of Your love.
(Hold me close) Hold me close
Let Your love surround me
(Oo and bring me near) Bring me near
Draw me to Your side (Draw me to Your side)
And as I wait
I'll rise up like the eagle
And I will soar with You
Your Spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love.
(Hold me close) Hold me close
Let Your love surround me
(Oo and bring me near) Bring me near
Draw me to Your side (Draw me to Your side)
And as I wait
I'll rise up like the eagle
And I will soar with You
Your Spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love.
And I will soar with You
Your Spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love.
And I will soar with You
Your Spirit leads me on
In the power of Your love.

He tends His flock like a shepherd:
He gathers the lambs in His arms
and carries them close to His heart;
He gently leads those that have young.
~Isaiah 40:11
To whom will you compare Me?
Or who is my equal?" says the Holy One.
Lift your eyes and look to the heavens:
Who created all these?
He who brings out the starry host one by one,
and calls them each by name,
Because of His great power and mighty strength,
not one of them is missing.
Why do you say, O Jacob,
and complain, O Israel,
"My way is hidden from the Lord;
my cause is disregarded by my God"?
Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and His understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall
but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
~Isaiah 40:25-31
"I said, 'You are My servant';
I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand...
"For I am the LORD, your God,
who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you,"
declares the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
Isaiah 41:9b-10, 13-14
